Tenant Services Supervisor (New Development)

Job Purpose


Assist PM / APM in supervising staff and managing specified operational functions within the building in supporting the buildings overall operation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the shift-in-charge to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of specific assigned building facilities (including carpark) and management services which include: customer services, maintenance, cleaning, security, traffic etc, so as to deliver first class services to all tenants.
  • Enforce landlord’s rights and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor the performance and safety standard of contractors.
  • Motivate and monitor staff members supervised to work closely with Leasing, Security and Technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations, marketing and company activities.
  • Handle complaints, requests and enquiries, issue complaint-handling forms/work orders to respective departments concerned, support marketing activities and continuously strengthen relations with tenants.
  • Supervise and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company.
  • Support the Tenant Services Manager/Assistant Tenant Services Manager in implementing the company policies such as customer services, Safety, Health and Environmental as directed, ensuring initiatives are effectively carried out.
  • Motivate, train and develop staff members supervised to meet organisation’s current and future needs.
  • Work with subordinates to identify areas where work process might be improved or streamlined and make relevant recommendations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with at least 3 years property management experience; less working experience may be considered for higher qualification.
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
  • Good communications skill.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese, competence in spoken Mandarin preferred.
  • Work on shift and call.
  • Excellent customer service attitude.
  • Can deliver clear instructions.
