Senior Tenant Services Associate

 

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing specified operational functions within the building in supporting the buildings overall operation.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the day-to-day operation of assigned building management tasks (including carpark) and management services (including tenant services, building operations and building facilities) as to deliver first class services to all tenants.
• Enforce landlord’s rights and statutory requirements as directed by the supervisor.
• Monitor together with TS team on performance of contractors and the quality of workmanship for designated simple contractual works carried out in the building.
• Work closely with Security and Technical teams to smoothen daily operations, marketing and company activities.
• Deal with all complaints, requests and enquiries and issue complaint-handling forms/work orders to respective departments concerned according to line management instructions, support marketing activities and continuously strengthen relations with tenants.
• Handle emergency situations as directed and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company.
• Execute company policies e.g. customer services, Safety, Health and Environmental policy as directed ensuring initiatives are effectively carried out.
• Recommend improvements to superior on work processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior.
• Properly maintain day to day building operation aspects.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Form 5 or above.
• At lease 1 year working experience in service industry and experience in property management is preferable.
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and knowledge in English, competent in spoken English & Mandarin and written Chinese preferable.
• Work on shift and call.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
