Senior Secretary

Job Purpose

Providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior executive; and efficiently facilitating calendar management and meeting arrangement etc.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties in support of senior executive
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and documents as required
  • Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements
  • Screen telephone calls, resolve routine and complex inquiries
  • Maintain an effective filing system
  • Manage ad hoc assignment as directed by senior executive

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above, with formal training in Business / Secretarial or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience with at least 2 years serving senior executive
  • Highly systematic, detail-minded and strong analytical skill
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, MS Office applications
