Senior Recreation Manager / Recreation Manager

Job Purpose

To plan, design, organize and execute kid and family programs to engage Lee Gardens customers.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Build the Lee Gardens kids and family programs as a leading one in the industry
  • In charge of Playdots, the kid clubhouse of Lee Gardens, organising internal and external programs with 3rd parties. 
  • Prepare and manage the budget and ensure effective and efficient deployment 
  • Handle customer services in a professional manner and be proactive in service improvement. 
  • Develop the member base and maintain high customer’s satisfaction.
  • Set up SOPs for the staff and closely monitor the execution, particularly on safety. 
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Sports, Leisure and Recreation / Event Management / Hospitality or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 8 years of Operations / Club / Recreation House and management experience with at least 5 years at managerial level;
  • Detail-minded, strategic thinking, creative, excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Strong leadership and client relationship management skills. 
  • Committed to a positive attitude.  
  • Shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays will be required.
