Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Area Curation

This role is responsible for Lee Gardens community programmes spanning art & culture, and wellness, with partnership of tenants, association members, content partners, and agencies etc., in order to promote the Lee Gardens Area and enhance the engagement in our community. You will also support the managers to recruit more retail & FnB brands to the area.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day communication and operations of community programmes including Urban Talks, music busking programme, and wellness programmes
  • Based on the management’s topline direction, distil and finetune the programme’s strategy and planning from time to time to achieve our business objectives and engagement goals
  • Coordinate with different partners including agencies, programme partners, and content curators to make sure smooth execution and swift delivery 
  • Continuously reach out potential brands to enrich the area’s offerings, especially speciality retail, lifestyle, and hobbies
  • Support the managers to implement our area branding strategies and deliver social media content 
  • Work closely with tenants and association members to foster cross-brand collaborations 

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, or other related disciplines 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme/event management, brand curation, or MarCom
  • Good project management skills to deliver tasks on time and up-to-standard content, detail-oriented and result-oriented 
  • Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills 
  • Network of retail and F&B brands is a plus
  • Switched-on to content creation trends, and familiar with the social media landscape is a plus
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role
