Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Area Curation
This role is responsible for Lee Gardens community programmes spanning art & culture, and wellness, with partnership of tenants, association members, content partners, and agencies etc., in order to promote the Lee Gardens Area and enhance the engagement in our community. You will also support the managers to recruit more retail & F&B brands to the area.
Key Responsibilities

A. Programme Managment
Handle day-to-day communication and operations of community programmes including Urban Talks, music busking programme, and wellness programmes
Coordinate with different partners including agencies, programme partners, and content curators to make sure smooth execution and swift delivery
Based on the management’s topline direction, distil and finetune the programme’s strategy and planning from time to time to achieve our business objectives and engagement goals -
B. Content Curation
Work closely with tenants and association members to foster cross-brand collaborations and create quality content
Monitor and review content performance and fine-tune content narractives and/or advertising/boosting tactics to achieve better results
Continuously reach out potential brands to enrich the area’s offerings, especially speciality retail, lifestyle, and hobbies
Support the managers to implement our area branding strategies and deliver social media content
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, or other related disciplines
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in programme/event management, brand curation, or MarCom
- Good project management skills to deliver tasks on time and up-to-standard, detail-oriented and result-oriented
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM is a big plus
- Switched-on to content creation trends, and familiar with the social media landscape is a plus
- Network of retail and F&B brands is a plus
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role
