Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Area Curation

This role will assist the team manager to transform the Lee Gardens Area into a vibrant mix of attraction composed of urban culture trades, hand-picked hobbies, dining options and contemporary service apartments for visitors and locals. You will support the manager to introduce more target tenants to the street portfolio of the Lee Gardens Area.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to prospects to enrich appealing offerings (especially Urban Culture, hobbies and F&B) in our area
• Handle day-to-day communication, lease negotiation and leasing administration of the street portfolio in the Lee Gardens Area.
• Assist the manager to prepare leasing strategy to achieve overall trade mix planning & financial targets
• Liaise with other parties for fitting-out coordination and daily operations
• Line-up potential collaboration opportunities & support content creation for communication channels to maximize branding impact  
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Real Estate or other related disciplines
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in leasing, asset management, or brand curation
• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Extensive network of retail and F&B brands
• Active, accountable and open-minded
• Switched-on to market trends
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role
