Senior Officer, Office Leasing

Job Purpose

Assist the Unit Head and the immediate supervisor in marketing, leasing, managing the office portfolio and all related matters, including but not limited to new lettings and renewals, market rental analysis, lease administration, preparation of lease agreement, correspondence for the assigned office portfolio and update of the SAP system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Unit Head/immediate supervisor in implementing strategy which maximizes revenue and profitability of the business.
  • Ensure outstanding marketing, leasing and delivery of all service levels affecting the office portfolio, together with plans for enhancing and improving its design and operation such that maximum rental returns can be achieved.
  • Coordination of tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolio.
  • Handle inspections, negotiate and interacting with prospective and existing Tenants on new lettings, tenancy renewals, rent reviews as well as rent collection and preparing related documents.
  • Liaise with all sections of Hysan when required to ensure first class efficient service, communications and speedy delivery.
  • Build and continuously strengthen best relationships with tenants, seek feedback and ensure follow-up on same.
  • Maintain an active external networking system with property agents and other business partners in the property market.
  • Collect and analyze office market data (including industry and competitive trends) compiling reports for better understanding and actionable market opportunities.
  • To update tenant’s record and information in SAP system.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration / Surveying / Estate Management or related disciplines.
  • Over 4 years’ experience with developers in leasing / marketing of major office/commercial buildings in Hong Kong. Less experience would be considered as Officer.
  • Good negotiation and communications skills.
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Experience in SAP application would be an advantage.
