Senior Manager, Property Services
Job Purpose
- Responsible for managing the company’s assigned building or portfolio.
- Overseeing all processes of building operations and establishing accountabilities for all subordinates.
- Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are appropriate, make recommendations for improvements, and implement any changes required by the business.
- Define, develop, manage, and control the property management budget of the assigned property to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the budgetary process.
- Recommend strategic plans for business development and service scopes to align with market changes.
- Safeguard landlord's rights and comply with relevant statutory requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with tenants.
- Ensure that the assigned portfolio receives appropriate management and maintenance services and provide recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Coordinate with technical services, customer service teams, and other internal departments to ensure effective residents and tenants management services.
- Develop key external networks and stay informed about market trends, including industry and competitor developments.
- Select, motivate, retain, and develop staff members to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Implement sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- University graduate with a relevant property management qualification or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in property management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent skills in people management and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Demonstrates a committed and positive attitude.
