Senior Manager, Events & Promotions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Office marketing & tenant engagement
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support Grade A office leasing, positioning, and tenant acquisition for the Lee Gardens office portfolio.
- Lead office tenant engagement strategies, including curated networking events, community building initiatives, and experiential activations to strengthen relationships and enhance workplace experience.
- Create thematic programs and content (wellness, sustainability, business insights, lifestyle) that foster a vibrant Lee Gardens office community where relevant.
- Handle office tenants’ enquiries on marketing support, co creating initiatives (joint promotions, communication features, office wide campaigns) that help tenants promote their businesses and maximize visibility within the Lee Gardens ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Office Leasing Team to develop effective office marketing tools, narratives, and materials that support leasing and tenant retention.
Lee Gardens Events, activations & promotion drives
- Lead the planning and development of the seasonal event and promotion calendar for Lee Gardens Area and Lee Gardens Hub, including festive programs, retail promotions, cultural activities, tourism related initiatives and community events.
- Drive concept development, budgeting, vendor management, logistics and on site supervision for key events and promotion drives, ensuring strong alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Translate Lee Gardens brand positioning and CA targets into integrated activation plans (digital, social, CRM, PR, on ground experiences) that drive traffic, sales uplift and engagement.
- Ensure all events, activations and promotional campaigns meet Lee Gardens’ premium standards in quality, presentation and customer experience.
Partner collaborations & CA initiatives
- Identify and develop collaboration opportunities with tenants and external partners to create joint promotions and experiential activations in Lee Gardens.
- Work across teams (CRM, Digital, RM) to integrate CA initiatives, membership drives and cross portfolio programs into Lee Gardens campaigns.
Performance tracking, budget & governance
- Track and analyze campaign performance across office marketing and events (traffic, participation, sales uplift, engagement KPIs, ROI), and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare post campaign and post event reports for management review, highlighting learnings and future opportunities.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for office marketing and events/promotions, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining premium standards.
- Source, brief and oversee agencies, production houses, designers and event vendors to ensure high quality, on brand deliverables.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and best practices in office, retail and lifestyle marketing to inform strategy and innovation.
Cross functional collaboration & leadership
- Coordinate closely with Leasing, CRM, Digital Marketing, Tenant Management, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, end to end execution of campaigns and activations.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability and excellence in execution.
- Undertake ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by management related to Lee Gardens area development, brand building and business growth.
