Senior Foreman/ Foreman (New Dvelopment)

Job Purpose

Lead technicians and monitor outsourced contractors and be responsible for the operation, maintenance and providing Technical Services for the Building and associated systems

Key Responsibilities

•    Carry out day to day operation including regular check and inspection, repair / maintenance, perform preventive and emergency breakdown maintenance work, renovation and system upgrading and others as directed by his/her supervisor.
•    Assist in supervising technicians and outsourced contractors for delivery operation, maintenance and Technical Services works.
•    Work closely with building management office and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, marketing and company activities.
•    Handle tenants complaints, requests and enquiries as delegated by the Supervisor and to carry out necessary repair/maintenance works. Continuously strengthen relations with tenants.
•    Attend and handle emergency services for system breakdown and emergency handling.
•    At all times comply with statutory requirements on safety working procedures/measures and any other relevant regulations and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company.
•    Make suggestion to superior to improve work processes or system performance.
•    Ensure that the works delivered and the works by contractors under his/her supervision are inline with statutory requirements and company quality standards.
