Senior Administrator, Retail Leasing

Job Purpose

To provide administrative support to the team and secretarial support to the Manager or above.


Key Responsibilities

  • To prepare leasing documents such as offers, tenancy, extension, licence, surrender, endorsement and assignment agreements etc and subsequent stamping works
  • To update tenant’s record and turnover information in SAP system
  • To handle all rates related matters
  • To handle invoices and filing
  • To prepare tenancy, turnover rent and vacancy rate report
  • To prepare and send out all correspondence with tenants
  • To provide good customer service to tenants and handle customer enquiries
  • To co-ordinate with other departments for administrative issues

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • DSE or above
  • Min 5 years’ working experience, preferably in property-related industry
  • Proficiency in computer literacy (word, excel, powerpoint, Chinese typing etc) / MS Office application
  • Experience in SAP application would be an advantage
  • Good communication / inter-personal skills / mature and willing to learn
