Senior Administrator, Retail Leasing
Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the team and secretarial support to the Manager or above.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare leasing documents such as offers, tenancy, extension, licence, surrender, endorsement and assignment agreements etc and subsequent stamping works
- To update tenant’s record and turnover information in SAP system
- To handle all rates related matters
- To handle invoices and filing
- To prepare tenancy, turnover rent and vacancy rate report
- To prepare and send out all correspondence with tenants
- To provide good customer service to tenants and handle customer enquiries
- To co-ordinate with other departments for administrative issues
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- DSE or above
- Min 5 years’ working experience, preferably in property-related industry
- Proficiency in computer literacy (word, excel, powerpoint, Chinese typing etc) / MS Office application
- Experience in SAP application would be an advantage
- Good communication / inter-personal skills / mature and willing to learn
