Manager, Property Management (Residential Portfolio)

Job Purpose

Assist the Senior Manager for the overall property management of the company’s residential portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out strategic plans and co-ordinate action schedule for provision of luxury residential managemnet services. 
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are fit for-purpose, make recommendations for improvements and ensure that any changes demed necessary by the business are implemented.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor the performance of contractors and vendors with technical services, cleaning and landscape and other internal departments e.g. Leasing , Finance, Legal  to ensure effective provision of tenant management services. 
  • Handle complaints and enquiries from tenants, arrange handover and renewal works if necessary.
  • Monitor and control for assets such as appliances, furniture  in residential units.
  • Provide feedback for improvement items in the common area and club house activities.
  • Prepare budget of income and expenses as requested by Senior Manager.
  • Promote company activities and events to residential tenants.
  • Select, motive, retain and develop staff members to meet current and future organizational needs.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • University graduate with related property management qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in property management with at least 3 years' in managerial level.
  • Excellent people management skills and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
