Officer/Senior Officer, Area Curation (Brand Curation / Leasing Focused)

As the Senior Officer/Officer of Area Curation at Hysan, you will support the team manager to do the day-to-day leasing matters of the street precinct portfolio, and continuously introduce more new tenancy content to the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively outreach prospective tenant for the Lee Gardens street precinct, targeting independent shops, lifestyle brands, elevated F&B, wellness, and cultural experiences that appeal to both local consumers and tourists
• Support end-to-end leasing matters, including lease documentation review, fit-out coordination, budget monitoring, and daily tenant enquiry handling
• Update the regular leasing progress tracking of both financial and occupancy targets
• Initiate and coordinate tenant collaboration initiatives across the team and multiple departments to enhance tenant exposure and business performance
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the team manager

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in leasing/asset management, ideally with exposure to lifestyle, trendy brands, and/or F&B sectors
• Market Savvy: keen to explore market trends and consumer behaviours, to access urban/independent brands to the portfolio
• Committed to make things happen
• Proven experience in introducing new content/tenancy to a portfolio is a plus
• Well-organised and proactive to achieve assigned tasks
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
