Job Purpose

To implement efficient & effective marketing plans on traffic generation and shopper purchase stimulation to maximize tenant turnover growth and support retail portfolio strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • To implement effective and efficient marketing plans in supporting the retail leasing portfolio strategy.
  • To support festive and key pillar campaign in coordination with tenants, vendors and inter department.
  • To generate detailed tactics to ensure excellent execution of marketing programs and promotional collaterals.
  • To manage external agencies and vendors to facilitate the smooth implementation of the marketing programs.
  • To build rapport with tenants via constant cooperation and frequent dialogue.
  • To support in program execution, evaluation, expense control, and internal coordination.
  • To support market research, asset enhancement and ad-hoc projects, including leading sub-projects.
  • To manage regular marketing collaterals update and coordination with vendors on the implementation. 
  • Work on weekend/PH base on campaign schedule and carry ad-hoc projects as required.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Degree holder at least 2 years’ marketing and communications experience.
  • Experience in advertising agencies and/or retail marketing would be a definite advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and data analysis skills.
  • Self-initiative, creative and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Be a team player.
