Officer, CRM and Analytics

Job Purpose
To assist in initiating and developing CRM strategy for Hong Kong customers and global tourists. The main objective of this role is to propose relevant marketing initiatives and liaise with internal and business partners for win-win business outcomes by knowing your customers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • To conduct insightful data analysis to build intelligence and recommendations
  • To develop and monitor CRM KPIs to evaluate client performance
  • To grow and liaise with business partners for a win-win partnership with Impact
  • To liaise with tenants for tactical or year-round and birthday offers
  • To conduct end-to-end loyalty program planning, execution, and evaluation
  • To handle member and tenant inquiries electronic gift voucher handling and other administrative work

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing/ Marketing Analytics/ Statistics and other related discipline
  • 2+ years of working experience in Loyalty business/ CRM Analytics is highly preferred
  • Sensitive to numbers, highly organized, and independent with strong initiatives
  • Good time management with attention to details
  • A good team player with a positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
