Manager, Talent Development & Engagement
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development
- Design and execute different learning & development solutions for different target groups to address the business needs and skills gaps which include frontline job skills training, customer services, leadership development etc.
- Oversee the training curriculum and deploy the most appropriate delivery methods (e.g. classroom, field coach, mobile learning) to optimize learning results and effectiveness.
- Facilitate the implementation of talent review and succession planning process and follow through the agreed actions
- Tailor-made the development plan of the talent pool and keep track of the progress
- Keep abreast of the latest training & development tools in market and deploy appropriate solutions for the Company
- Prepare annual training plan and budget. Implement the training plan and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
- Build young talent pipeline through the graduate trainee, internship, apprentice programs
Talent Engagement
- Leverage different channels (e.g. Intranet, mobile learning platform, town hall) to enhance employee communication and sense of belongings
- Design different talent engagement initiatives and events to improve employee morale and strengthen our position as “Employer of Choice”
Organization Development
- Drive the cultural transformation by relaunching the VMV, cultural drivers and recognition programs etc.
- Develop competency model and motivate behavioral changes to align with the Company strategies
- Build performance culture that encourage positive, can-do, forward-looking and innovative attitude.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management or relevant discipline
- 5 - 10+ years solid experience in Learning & Development, employee communication & engagement and any HR management related work.
- Experience in retail, property management industry will be a plus
- Energetic self-starter, with lots of creative initiatives
- Strong desire to pursue excellence and follow through to deliver results
- Logical thinking and strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
