Manager, Relationship Management

Job Purpose

  • To build strong relationship with VIPs and drive incremental sales and member retention (candidate with suitable skillset will be assigned to look after Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Sales driven, have a partnership exploration mindset to work with tenants on their retail performance and daily operation to provide support on a timely basis. Work with tenants on unique VIP experience, event animation and drive business growth
  • Be a representative of the company and of the loyalty program to explore 3rd party partnership, as well as supporting on company’s VIP events


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to the assigned members to provide high customer satisfaction and loyalty to the mall
  • Plan and execute members’ events with both tenants and external partners for new member recruitment and member retention
  • Monitor program financials and maintain robust expense tracking to ensure efficiency in marketing spend
  • Formulate business strategies to drive higher member retention and sales conversion
  • Communicate with tenants on a daily basis to support on their retail performance
  • Assist business growth and decision management by data mining and preparing analysis of spending behaviors of various customer segments


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Good command of spoken Mandarin, written English and Chinese
  • University or above
  • At least +6 years with solid marketing fundamentals and client facing experience from retail, finance and hospitality industry
  • Strong strategic mindset with customer-centricity attitude
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers, highly organized and independent with strong initiatives
  • Well-versed in latest CRM tools
  • A good team player with can-do attitude, positive mind set and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
