Manager, Office Marketing (New Development)

Job Purpose

We are now looking for a talented Marketing Manager, who will be closely working with Hysan leadership is responsible for implementation of marketing strategies and execute marketing plans to support leasing activities of a new premium Grade A office development in the heart of Hong Kong.  This is a strategic marketing deriver role supporting all leasing activities for this development, the successful candidate with maneuver and manage integrated marketing and communications of the project.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting to Management, the candidate shall be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, lead generation, PR activities, and advertisements to maximize the subject properties’ exposure to different target audience groups.

  • Support the development and execution drive business and elevate profile and positioning of the project
  • Implement marketing strategies with a focus on branding, advertising, marketing communications, showflat events arrangements, and creating marketing collaterals such as brochure, pamphlet and videos to showcase the subject property
  • Collate information of all internal and external parties and communicate with Branding and Marketing agencies to ensure timely and up-to-standard delivery 
  • Work closely with leasing teams and agents for full support to conducting leasing tools
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, as required by management, and contribute with ideas & actions across the wider business of the JV project


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Proven track record with 10+ years marketing, 360 communications industry, agency experience/ experience or in-house driving full marketing management functions in pre-launched office projects are preferred. 
  • Good aesthetic sense and keep up with the sustainability trend
  • Fast-paced and independent
  • Effective communicator with clarity and confidence to influence different stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
  • Strong business acumen, self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Familiar in using Adobe design software and video-editing tools is a plus
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
