Manager, Events & Promotions
Job Purpose
The Manager, Events & Promotion plays a key role in planning and executing high‑quality events and promotional campaigns that reinforce the Lee Gardens brand positioning, support retail tenants, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, stakeholder collaboration, and solid executional capability to deliver impactful customer experiences in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Campaign Development
• Assist in developing the seasonal event calendar, including festive programs, retail promotions, cultural activities, and community initiatives.
• Lead execution of assigned events from concept development, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, to on‑site supervision.
• Translate brand and business objectives into impactful event experiences and support integrated marketing activation (digital, social, CRM, PR).
Project Execution & Coordination
• Ensure all events and campaigns meet the Lee Gardens’ premium standards in quality, presentation, and customer experience.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure all campaigns launch according to plan.
Partner Collaborations
• Work with collaboration partners to develop joint promotions and experiential activations that drive traffic and sales.
• Identify new collaboration opportunities with external partners, agencies, artists, cultural groups and tourism bodies.
Budget & Vendor Management
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Source, brief, and oversee agencies, production houses, designers, and event vendors.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track and analyze campaign performance, including customer traffic, participation, sales uplift, and ROI.
• Prepare post‑event reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• Manager: 8+ years of experience with proven leadership in managing medium to large scale events or campaigns.
• Experience in luxury retail, shopping mall, or lifestyle & cultural events will be an advantage.
• Strong project management, organising, and execution skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative and detail oriented, with strong aesthetic and branding sense.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage tenants, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance review and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Self motivated, resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering high quality output in a fast paced environment.
• Effective communication and influencing skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
