Graphics Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality graphic design and visual solutions to support Lee Gardens’ retail, marketing, and placemaking initiatives. The position also supports the review of visual and graphics submissions from retail tenants and ensures overall visual consistency across the portfolio.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design Development & Execution
•    Develop and execute creative design concepts for marketing campaigns, seasonal activations, and brand collaborations
•    Produce high-quality visual assets across digital and physical touchpoints (e.g., social media, CRM communications, signage, OOH, event collaterals)
•    Support environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, and in-mall visual storytelling to enhance customer experience
Stakeholder Collaboration
•    Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Leasing, Projects, Property Management) to deliver integrated design solutions
•    Liaise with external agencies, production vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is properly executed
•    Maintain close interface with tenants and consultants to ensure alignment with overall mall identity
Brand & Presentation Support
•    Support the creation of presentation materials, pitch decks, and visual assets for internal and external stakeholders
•    Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, strengthening Lee Gardens’ premium positioning and design language
•    Contribute to creative ideation for campaigns, events, and placemaking initiatives

 

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or related disciplines
•    Minimum 5–8 years’ relevant experience in in-house design, creative agencies, or retail/property marketing
•    Experience in retail, lifestyle, or luxury environments is highly preferred
•    Strong creative flair with a good eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
•    Understanding of environmental graphics, spatial design, and retail branding is an advantage
•    Strong sense of aesthetics aligned with premium/luxury positioning

•    Able to manage multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail and deadlines
•    Collaborative team player with good stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate business objectives into creative outputs
Technical Skills
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
•    Knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp or other spatial design tools is a plus
•    Familiarity with motion graphics or digital design (e.g., After Effects, Figma) is advantageous
Language
•    Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
