Concierge Officer, Property Services (Residential)

Job Purpose

•    Manage the daily one-stop premium concierge service to residents. 
•    Organize and administer various recreational programs and activities for residents.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Manage enquiries and complaints from residents as per the company's key performance indicators. 
•    Escalating complex or unresolved issues to management promptly. 
•    Taking ownership of residents’ issues and following problems through to resolution.
•    Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and making suggestions for customer services enhancement.
•    Prepare regular reports and provide administrative support to daily operations.
•    Build and continuously strengthen good relationships with all stakeholders and residents.
•    Work closely with the Management Office and other internal parties to ensure smooth execution of daily operations, and company activities.
•    Perform other duties assigned by management as required. 

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

•    Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines with at least two years' experience in customer service or property management
•    Fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
•    Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
•    Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Concierge Officer, Property Services
