Company Secretarial Associate (3-4 month Contract)

Job Purpose
•    Provide full spectrum of company secretarial support
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Assist in handling company secretarial duties for Hong Kong listed company and its subsidiaries
•    Handle full set of company statutory records including but not limited to preparing minutes, statutory returns and filings
•    Assist and coordinate with the preparation of interim and annual reports, announcements, circulars, and other disclosure documentation
•    Assist in organising various meetings including board meetings and general meetings of listed company
•    Maintain proper statutory records
•    Provide administrative support
•    Handle ad hoc duties as assigned 
 
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
•    3-5 years solid company secretarial experience in professional firm / listed company
•    Self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
•    Proficient in computer knowledge including MS office and Chinese Word Processing
•    Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•    Member of HKCGI is preferred
