Assistant Manager / Manager, Tenant Marketing (Retail Operations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for achieving win-win on sales performance between landlord and tenant
  • Regular review of tenants’ performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Daily point of contact for tenant relationship management of designated tenant portfolio
  • Build strong relationship with tenants to drive joint business plans and operation efficiency to maximize sales opportunities
  • Have a strong understanding of the brand and operations. Identify and liaise for exclusive products and events with tenants
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with tenants to participate in Mall programs 
  • Set tenant incentive mechanism based on business needs and evaluate program effectiveness 
  • Timely communication with tenants on Mall happenings and initiatives
  • Collect, evaluate and interpret tenant’s feedback on a regular basis

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • 5 years or above experience in retail operations / marketing, experience in shopping mall will be an advantage
  • Detail-orientated with good organizing and analytical skills
  • Creativity to propose new ways of creating business value
  • Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences
  • Result-oriented and commit to timeline, ability to work under a fast-pace environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
