Assistant Manager, Retail Leasing (New Project)

Job Purpose

As the Assistant Manager of the Retail Leasing Team at Hysan, you will support the Senior Manager in developing leasing strategies, trade mix, and execution plans for a new project. You will collaborate with the team to recruit tenants and achieve outstanding results and targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on the latest retail and F&B trends, and develop relevant reports and analyses.
  • Prepare budgets, negotiate leases, and manage tenancy administration.
  • Continuously reach out to potential prospects to enhance offerings at the Lee Gardens Area with more lifestyle, fashion, and F&B tenants.
  • Liaise with other departments, including layout design, marketing, and property management, to ensure operational excellence.
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by management.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • University graduate with over 5 years of retail leasing experience.
  • Extensive network of retail and F&B brands, with knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations, and licensing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, accountable, and determined to achieve assigned tasks.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Officer role.
