Assistant Manager, Property Services (Residential)

Job Purpose

•    To manage and monitor the implementation of service delivery to tenants and daily operations.
•    To ensure the smooth running of the first-class management system of the assigned building and drive improvement whenever necessary.
•    This position requires strong customer-facing and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Responsible for the daily operations of the apartment and residential complex to ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our tenants. 
•    Take ownership of operation and tenant issues and following problems through to resolution.
•    Develop and adhere to service procedures, policies and standards.
•    Plan, organize and execute recreational programs and activities for the tenants.
•    Ensure customers are satisfied and provide suggestions for customer service enhancement.
•    Build and continuously strengthen good relationships with tenants.
•    Recruit, mentor and develop staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
•    Implement sustainability and building efficiency initiatives.
•    Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
•    Perform any other duties as assigned by the Seniors.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

•    University graduate with related property management qualification or equivalent.
•    Minimum 5 years' management experience in property management of which at least 3 years must be at management level.
•    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•    Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
