Assistant Clubhouse Manager

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the overall management of the company’s assigned residential property.
  • Taking up the ownership to oversee all processes of clubhouse operations and establish accountabilities for all subordinates.
  • Taking a ‘helicopter view’ to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the residential clubhouse
  • Plan, organize and execute recreational programs and activities for the residents
  • Recommend and implement actions for the improvement of clubhouse management
  • Define, develop, manage and control of the clubhouse budget to ensure effective and efficient implementation of budgetary process.  Make value for money procurement decisions.
  • Act as a Deputy Site-in-charge and assist the Property Manager in managing property management functions of the assigned residential property.
  • Build and continuously strengthen good relationship with residential tenants.
  • Build and capitalize on key external networking and generally keep abreast of market (including industry and competitor) trends.
  • Promote company activities and events to residential tenants.
  • Implement sustainability and building efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Skills, Qualification and Experience Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Property Management / Housing Management / Hospitality or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Clubhouse / Property management with at least 3 years' in managerial level.
  • Excellent people management and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Positive and flexible approach to work (shift duties will be required).
