Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (6-month contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, formulate and implement digital strategies to build brand awareness, improve customer’s digital experience, drive traffic and conversion
- Initiate and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, viral marketing, media & KOL management
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan on monthly social media calendars, ensuring alignment on objectives, budgets, and ROI
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing initiatives or campaigns and proactively roll out test plans to improve campaign performance and user experience

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- 5 years or above experience in digital marketing. Shopping mall experience will be an advantage
- Good understanding and comprehensive knowledge on digital communications environment in Hong Kong, knowledge in mainland China is a plus
- Good writing skill in editorial & marketing materials with media angle & insight
- Proven success in launching digital campaigns in driving online awareness/buzz
- Solid experience in managing social media campaign/viral marketing/word of mouth marketing
- Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
- Result-oriented and commit to timeline, ability to work under a fast-pace environment
- Effective communication and influencing skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
