Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (6-month contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, formulate and implement digital strategies to build brand awareness, improve customer’s digital experience, drive traffic and conversion 
  • Initiate and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, viral marketing, media & KOL management 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan on monthly social media calendars, ensuring alignment on objectives, budgets, and ROI
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing initiatives or campaigns and proactively roll out test plans to improve campaign performance and user experience
  • Budget management
  • Vendors management

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • 5 years or above experience in digital marketing. Shopping mall experience will be an advantage
  • Good understanding and comprehensive knowledge on digital communications environment in Hong Kong, knowledge in mainland China is a plus 
  • Good writing skill in editorial & marketing materials with media angle & insight 
  • Proven success in launching digital campaigns in driving online awareness/buzz 
  • Solid experience in managing social media campaign/viral marketing/word of mouth marketing 
  • Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
  • Result-oriented and commit to timeline, ability to work under a fast-pace environment
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
