Assistant I.T. Infrastructure Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, versatile Assistant IT Manager to work with the team to manage our corporate IT infrastructure. You will ensure the stability and security of our corporate server, network, and cybersecurity, and provide critical support for building management systems across our commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Infrastructure Management
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage the corporate O365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune MDM. Oversee user account lifecycle management, licensing, and security compliance.
- Server & Systems Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers in both physical and virtualized environments (VMware/AWS/Azure/AliCloud). Perform routine patching, backups, and performance monitoring to ensure high availability.
- Network Operations: Manage and support corporate network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs. Monitor network performance and ensure robust security measures are in place to protect sensitive data.
- Helpdesk Oversight: Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex technical issues escalated by the helpdesk team and mentor junior staff on best practices.

Assist in leveraging AI-enabled IT operations tools for infrastructure monitoring, incident management, cybersecurity analytics, and smart building system optimization.
Commercial Building IT/OT Support
- Smart Building Systems: Act as the primary technical contact for building automation systems, People Counting, Wi-Fi, and IoT devices in our commercial buildings.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and contractors for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT/OT systems, ensuring SLAs are met. - Network Convergence: Maintain secure network segmentation between corporate IT networks and property networks to prevent cross-contamination and security breaches.
- Site Support: Conduct regular site visits to commercial properties and provide on-site support.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with at least 1-2 years in a senior technical role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, SD-WAN).
- Experience with building management protocols (e.g., BACnet, MTQQ) or smart building technologies is highly preferred.
- Experience in GenAI and Agentic AI is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
