Assistant General Manager, Marketing
Job Purpose
Lead marketing team in planning and executing marketing programs to drive traffic and sales, also promote Hysan brand. He / she will manage and inspire events and promotions team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and engage stakeholders for holistic communication plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement event & promotion plans
- Partner with tenants and third parties for special offers and value-added services to shoppers
- Coordinate agencies, vendors and internal departments to drive excellent execution
- Consolidate and analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and best practices to build successful strategies
- Manage marketing budget, measure campaign effectiveness and quality control
- Explore innovative ideas for new engagement tactics
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- 12-15 solid experience in marketing, PR or event management
- University degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Strong at project management, business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Creative, resourceful and good connection with related practitioners
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Chinese and English
