Assistant General Manager, Marketing

Job Purpose

Lead marketing team in planning and executing marketing programs to drive traffic and sales, also promote Hysan brand. He / she will manage and inspire events and promotions team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and engage stakeholders for holistic communication plan.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement event & promotion plans
  • Partner with tenants and third parties for special offers and value-added services to shoppers
  • Coordinate agencies, vendors and internal departments to drive excellent execution
  • Consolidate and analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and best practices to build successful strategies
  • Manage marketing budget, measure campaign effectiveness and quality control
  • Explore innovative ideas for new engagement tactics

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • 12-15 solid experience in marketing, PR or event management
  • University degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Strong at project management, business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, resourceful and good connection with related practitioners
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Chinese and English
