Assistant Clubhouse Officer

Key Responsibilities

•    Supervise the daily operation of the playroom
•    Assist with playroom activities and events
•    Handle enquiries, booking & complaints and provide excellent services to customers
•    To conduct in-house staff training and prepare implementation plans
•    To conduct daily patrolling to ensure all sorts of services are in high level of performance
•    Assist with administration work


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

•    Diploma or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
•    Holder of Diploma in Recreation / Hospitality Management is preferable
•    At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in clubhouse management
•    Working on shift is required
•    Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•    Proficient in MS Office and English & Chinese Word processing
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills
