Administrator (2-year Contract)

Job Purpose

Provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Projects Department.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform secretarial and day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Department including appointments, meetings and associated facilities set-up, travel arrangement, typing, photocopying, scanning, maintaining diaries and contacts, etc.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents and their associated internal circulation.
  • Maintain an effective correspondences and document central filing and record system for assigned projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks mainly for the LG8 project.
  • Handle the administrative works for the operation of the LG8 proejct office at LG6.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • HKDSE or above, with formal secretarial training
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in real estate industry
  • Good in document control, filing and collaboration, especially in electronic format
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Responsible, organized and able to work independently
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Contract Period

  • This is a two-year contract with possible 1-year contract extension subject to the project completion timeline.
