Marketing Assistant
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant to join the Marketing Team.
This role supports the Marketing Team and Managers and above, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient execution of marketing activities.
As a key support function, the Marketing Assistant will handle documentation, data and system entries and updates, reporting, and coordination with tenants and internal departments, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our marketing events and tenant engagement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and process marketing-related documents such as licence agreements, marketing service agreements, and subsequent documentation and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update tenant records and turnover information in SAP or relevant systems where applicable.
- Handle coupon and promotion setup in relevant systems and ensure correct information is recorded and updated.
- Manage invoice processing, payment follow-up, and systematic filing of all related documentation.
- Compile and prepare regular reports, including sales, traffic, and marketing KPIs, to support management review and analysis.
- Draft, prepare, and send out correspondence with tenants and partners, ensuring professionalism and consistency with corporate standards.
- Screen and handle basic tenant, customer, and event enquiries, and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Support basic tenant and event operation tasks, including logistics coordination, material preparation, and on-site support when required.
- Assist with team budget tracking, data input, and filing to ensure accurate records and adherence to internal procedures.
- Support the Marketing Team and designated managers with scheduling, document preparation, and general coordination.
- Coordinate with other departments on documentation and related matters to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the team’s marketing and tenant engagement activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Form 5 or above; additional training in administration, business, or related disciplines is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience, preferably in property-related, retail, or corporate office environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing; experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with good numerical sense and accuracy in data and document handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; mature, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
