Senior Secretary

Job Purpose

Providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior executive, and efficiently facilitating communication internally & externally, calendar management and meeting arrangement etc.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties in support of senior executive
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and documents as required
  • Follow up on the progress and deadline of tasks assigned by the executive
  • Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements
  • Screen telephone calls, resolve routine and complex inquiries
  • Maintain an effective filing system
  • Manage ad hoc assignment as directed by senior executive

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Degree holder or above, with formal training in Business / Secretarial or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience with at least 4 years serving a senior executive
  • Highly systematic, detail-minded and strong analytical skills
  • Committed to deliver high-quality work
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, MS Office applications; knowledge of AI tools application will be a plus
