Senior Secretary
Job Purpose
Providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior executive, and efficiently facilitating communication internally & externally, calendar management and meeting arrangement etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties in support of senior executive
- Prepare correspondence, reports and documents as required
- Follow up on the progress and deadline of tasks assigned by the executive
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements
- Screen telephone calls, resolve routine and complex inquiries
- Maintain an effective filing system
- Manage ad hoc assignment as directed by senior executive
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Degree holder or above, with formal training in Business / Secretarial or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience with at least 4 years serving a senior executive
- Highly systematic, detail-minded and strong analytical skills
- Committed to deliver high-quality work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer literacy, MS Office applications; knowledge of AI tools application will be a plus
