Concierge Manager, Property Services (Residential)

Job Purpose

•    Manage and monitor the provision of activities & service delivery to tenants to ensure the smooth running of the first-class management system and drive improvement where necessary.
•    This position requires strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

•    Responsible for the daily operations of the apartment and residential complex to ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our tenants. 
•    Taking ownership of tenant issues and following problems through to resolution.
•    Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
•    Plan, organize and execute recreational programs and activities for the tenants.
•    Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and making suggestions for customer services enhancement.
•    Build and continuously strengthen good relationships with all stakeholders and tenants.
•    Recruit, mentor and develop staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
•    Implement sustainability and building efficiency initiatives.
•    Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
•    Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

•    Degree Holder in Property Management, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
•    Minimum 5 years' experience in property management, serviced apartment or hotel of which at least 3 years must be at supervisory level.
•    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•    Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
•    Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Concierge Manager, Property Services.
