Deputy Manager, Property Services (Residential)

Job Purpose

•    Lead a team of building operations staff to manage all aspects of operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
•    This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Responsible for all rounded supervision of building functions to ensure the smooth running of the building operation.
•    Recommend and implement actions for the continuous improvement of building operations.
•    Manage the building management team and external contractors to perform the day-to-day activities of building operations, maintenance, and security services.
•    Manage and monitor the provision of tenant support services.
•    Manage & handle emergency situations, supervise and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company.
•    Build and continuously strengthen good relationships with all stakeholders and tenants.
•    Recruit, mentor and develop staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
•    Implement sustainability and building efficiency initiatives.
•    Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
•    Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

•    Degree Holder in Property Management, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
•    Minimum 5 years' experience in property management, serviced apartment or hotel of which at least 3 years must be at management level.
•    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•    Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
•    Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Property Services.
