Officer, Talent Development and Engagement
Job Purpose
At Hysan, we are seeking an Officer of Talent Development & Engagement to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and robust employee engagement. In this role, you will craft and execute forward-thinking talent development frameworks and engagement strategies that resonate with our corporate vision, enhance our workforce's capabilities, and nurture our inclusive and dynamic work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive talent development solutions and engagement programs tailored to business objectives and employee aspirations.
- Organize and facilitate captivating workshops and training sessions for corporate and operational staff, promoting skill enhancement and professional advancement.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), crafting effective and innovative digital learning solutions.
- Administer and enhance the learning and engagement reward schemes.
- Create and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment and bolster retention.
- Maintain an understanding of evolving trends and establish best practices in talent development and employee engagement.
- Contribute to additional ad hoc projects as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources, talent development, training, or employee engagement within a dynamic corporate setting.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage participants.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong project management abilities focusing on delivering results within deadlines and budgets.
- Skilled in crafting appealing and engaging internal promotional materials, such as eDMs, posters, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in managing LMS.
- Experience with video editing and e-learning authoring tools will be a great advantage.
- Applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Officer.
