Assistant Manager, Business Technology
Job Purpose
To manage and support business technology related operations and projects on digital solutions such as mobile APP, CRM, E-commerce, Carpark system, WeChat mini program, websites and other marketing technology solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager to optimize and innovate the digital and CRM technology stack and process
- Provide application support for Digital solutions
- Manage, resolve and investigate for production issues with application vendors and follow up actions
- Responsible for the requirement studies, technical analysis, design and development of digital solutions independently
- Manage technical partners to handle and follow up on project items and daily operations related to digital platforms
- Coordinate and participate in UAT, defining test scenarios, executing tests, and validating system functionality
- Analyze applications to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
- Document and maintain application project and operation documents
- Proactively participant in the reviews on application improvement
- Provide remote support during non-office hours when required
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise business users and project teams to achieve goals
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Degree holder of Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital and marketing technology and at least 2 years in digital application support
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge in SDLC
- Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand the key technical issues and their implications as well as to suggest alternative solutions
- Sound knowledge in Salesforce will be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Knowledge in skill of programming like .NET, HTML5, MYSQL, API is a plus
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus
