Manager, Property Services

Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment and residential complex to ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our tenants. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the first-class management system and drive improvement where necessary.
  • Set the ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and manage to drive them.
  • Lead the onsite technical & customer service teams and coordinate with other HQ departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and lead an efficient and experienced operation team.
  • Develop and control the property management budget.
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants and the stakeholders.
  • Build and capitalize on key external networking and generally keep abreast of market (including industry and competitor) trends.
  • Organize activities and events for the tenants.
  • Implement sustainability and operation efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior management.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

 

  • Degree Holder in Hospitality, Property Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years' management experience in serviced apartment, hotel, or property management with at least 3 years in managerial level.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent people management and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
