Senior Manager, Property Services

Job Purpose

•    Responsible for managing the company’s assigned building or portfolio.
•    Overseeing all processes of building operations and establishing accountabilities for all subordinates.
•    Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Ensure that all policies and procedures are appropriate, make recommendations for improvements, and implement any changes required by the business.
•    Define, develop, manage, and control the property management budget of the assigned property to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the budgetary process. 
•    Recommend strategic plans for business development and service scopes to align with market changes.
•    Safeguard landlord's rights and comply with relevant statutory requirements.
•    Build and maintain good relationships with tenants. 
•    Ensure that the assigned portfolio receives appropriate management and maintenance services and provide recommendations for improvements where necessary.
•    Coordinate with technical services, customer service teams, and other internal departments to ensure effective residents and tenants management services.
•    Develop key external networks and stay informed about market trends, including industry and competitor developments.
•    Select, motivate, retain, and develop staff members to meet current and future organizational needs.
•    Implement sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives.
•    Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

•    University graduate with a relevant property management qualification or equivalent.
•    At least 8 years of experience in property management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
•    Excellent skills in people management and client relationship management.
•    Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
•    Demonstrates a committed and positive attitude.
