Officer, CRM and Analytics

Job Purpose
To assist in initiating and developing CRM strategy for Hong Kong customers and global tourists. The main objective of this role is to propose relevant marketing initiatives and liaise with internal and business partners for win-win business outcomes by knowing your customers. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis and provide business recommendations
  • Develop and monitor mall sales, and CRM KPIs to evaluate mall and members' performance
  • Grow and liaise with business partners for a win-win partnership with impact, leveraging CRM insights.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate end-to-end loyalty programs, leveraging CRM analytics.
  • Handle member and tenant inquiries, electronic gift voucher handling, and other administrative work.

 

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing/ Marketing Analytics/ Statistics or a related discipline
  • 1+ years of working experience in Loyalty business/CRM Analytics (Fresh graduate will be considered)
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with a sensitivity to numbers and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and independent, with a proactive approach and strong initiative.
  • Good time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player with a positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
