Assistant Recreation Officer
Job Purpose
Assist the Recreation Manager / Assistant Recreation Manager with the daily operation of the residential clubhouse provide quality services to residents and guests as well as organize clubhouse functions. He/she will also be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and administration of general recreational facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of the clubhouse, including cleaning, safety and maintenance of the clubhouse’s facilities
- Organize and prepare various recreational programs and activities
- Handle queries and complaints
- Monitor daily operation of the Clubhouse
- Handle enquires and complaints
- Monitor the performance of all front-line staff
- Carry out administration work as required
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by management
- Willing to work on shift
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- 3 years’ working experience in Club, Hotel management and customer service preferred
- DSE or above, Diploma holder in recreation management, hospitality management or related disciplines would be a definite advantage
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
- Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and strong drive to introduce new service
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Recreation Officer
