Assistant Recreation Officer

Job Purpose

Assist the Recreation Manager / Assistant Recreation Manager with the daily operation of the residential clubhouse provide quality services to residents and guests as well as organize clubhouse functions. He/she will also be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and administration of general recreational facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operation of the clubhouse, including cleaning, safety and maintenance of the clubhouse’s facilities
  • Organize and prepare various recreational programs and activities
  • Handle queries and complaints
  • Monitor daily operation of the Clubhouse
  • Handle enquires and complaints
  • Monitor the performance of all front-line staff
  • Carry out administration work as required
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by management
  • Willing to work on shift 

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • 3 years’ working experience in Club, Hotel management and customer service preferred
  • DSE or above, Diploma holder in recreation management, hospitality management or related disciplines would be a definite advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and strong drive to introduce new service
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Recreation Officer
